  • How long do orders take to process?
    Wholesale orders are processed within 2 business days unless it is during a holiday. Holidays will add an additional 2 business days to processing wholesale orders. For more details, please contact anna@bonsie.com
  • What if I need to make changes to an order?
    To make changes to orders that have not been processed, please contact anna@bonsie.com immediately with "Urgent" and your order number in the subject line. Once an order is processed, we can not alter its contents.
  • I received my order and it is incorrect. What can I do?
    If you received the wrong products or products are missing from your order, please email anna@bonsie.com with your order number in the subject line. Please detail all order issues within the body of the email.
